    Attorney conflict
    A civil action complaint filed against two people. Can an attorney represent both defendants in Georgia courts

    Both defendants? I don't see why not. Unless they are being heard in different courtrooms at the same time.

    Yes they can. It may be in their best interest not to, but it is common and normal for them to.
