    Sore back
    I have a very sore lower back, is their anything I can soak it in to take out some of the soreness

    Go to a chiropractor! They work wonders for some people, including me. Hope you get better soon - back pain is miserable.

    I went 4 times this week, I was really out. Now I'm sore from all the adjustments. I'm using ice and thought their might be something to soak in

    When my back hurts I like to soak in a really hot tub of water with epsom salts or therabath.

    I had the same problem. I did what Nohelp4u suggested. It also helps to do some light exercising or stretching like T'ai Chi.
