    Is contraceptive-IUD a 100% safe?
    Am married, been using it for 1 year now. Why is it the other month I don't have my period? Sometimes I only have spotting? But there are months I have very heavy period?:) :) please explain.

    No form of birth control is "100% safe" to use. There will always be someone who can have complications.

    I would recommend calling your doctor since he/she is familiar with your IUD and your medical history.
