    Daughters eye color
    My daughter is about a week old and she is mixed white and hispanic. Her eyes are bluish/grey and I was wondering,how do you determine what color eyes she'll have?

    You won't be able to tell what her true eye color will be until she gets older. My husbands and I both have green eyes and my son turned out having brown eyes. It's all in the genes. My grandmother is the only one on my side that had brown eyes so we always say that he has her eyes. It makes her smile knowing that.

    I had blue eyes from the time I was born until I turned 4. Then they turned green. Same with my husband. Good luck

    Most babies eyes are blue/grey when they are first born and for a little while after. It depends on what colour eyes you and the father have. Its all about genetics you see (",)
