    Kitchen faucet BAM BAM
    I have a Delta 2 handle 4 hole fixture with a sprayer.
When I turn the hot or cold water handle quickly; water pulsates and makes a 'BAM BAM' sound for a few seconds.

If a turn the handle slowly, the pulsating and sound is reduced.

Also, the spray handle has very low water pressure.

This is a 10 year old faucett and the problem started with in the past month.

    Thanks

Sounds like you need a new set of springs and seats. You may purchase them at any store that sells Delta faucets. The seats and springs are located in the while ball and look like this,(see below) While the valve's apart place a pan over it to reduse splash and turn the water on to flush out the supplies and valve body. As for the sprayer take the headoffc and clean out the in let. Turn the water on with the head removed, you should have a full stream. If not check the hose and diverter. Good luck, Tom
