    Convection cooking a Turducken
We're getting a 14 lb. Turducken for Thanksgiving and I would like to Roast it in our convection oven. Can anyone tell me how much time it will take or if the time will be the same as a standard 14 lb. bird on convection?

I'm not sure how long it will take, but it does take longer than a regular turkey. Get a meat thermometer and when it reaches about at least 155-160 (165 when you let it rest for carryover) degrees, it's done.
