    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question its own thread.

    Depends on your county and how you file. It could run from a nominal filing fee if you do it yourself to several hundred dollars for an attorney or title firm.
