    Installing a digital thermostat
I have a high eff. Furnace, no A/C. I would like to change out the old round dial Honeywell for a digital/programmable. I have a red and white wire out of the wall and the posts I have read say put the red to Rh and the white to W or W1. Sound right? The instructions sure don't cover it. Thanks in advance.

Mine is red to RH on therm.. white to w on therm.. but you have to use black jumper.. between rh and rc

Thanks SABREMAN, the LUX is the one I looked at and it does have the jumper also. I had not heard of the brand so I held off until I got some answers here.

If you only have 2 wires, make sure the new thermostat doesn't need a common for power.
