    Will they come and get me
    What happends if you bail someone out of jail and they don't show up to court ?

    All I know is that you don't get your bail money back. Get that person's butt to court. =P

    Did you use a bails bondman or did you post all of the bail yourself.

    If you used the bail bondsman, you just have to pay him back for the money he put up, for example if it was a 50,000 bond, you would have paid him 5000 dollars as a fee, for putting up the bond, so if the person does not show up, you just have to pay him back the 50,000 dollars.

    If you put the entire bond up yourself, the court just keeps the money and you are out everything you paid.

    You'll be responsible for the full amount of bail n not the usual 10% u posted

    If you know the where-abuts of the person you should turn that person in to save you money. You should only bail out people you can trust and would go to court.

    YOu are out of your money and, the one who did not show up for court is in a lot of trouble.
