How do you get the bank to add my wife to the mortgage. In case something happen to me it won't go to court.

I'm confused, what do you think will go to court if something happens to you and she is not on the mortgage?

Have you asked your bank about it?

You want her on the deed, the mortgage is not as important, since the estate can continue to pay the mortgage.
But if you want her on it, and she wants to get on it, you merely contact the lender and ask to see if they will let her on it, or if they will require a refi to do it.
