    liens and foreclousure
    My friend's x-husband owes her $ 15,000.00 that he agreed to pay her when he bought out her share of their home. The house is about to go into foreclousure. Can she put a lien on the house and if the mortgage company sells it for more then the balance of mortgage get the money owed to her. State of Florida.
