    violationg probation
I have a question I have a ex-boyfriend who got caught up in a situation and got 7 yrs. Probation for having a gun w/o license and drugs on him... in 2000. But got sentence with bond in 2001 OK moving right along in 2002 he got caught up in retail theft and added another 2 yrs. Max on his recorded... not including traffic tickets and fines.. well he got arrested on some other charges which were false and got released but he hadn't talked to his p.o on top of that has child support to pay.. OK my question is now he has violated his probation and has 2 warrants in criminal and one in child support on top of revocation hearing... he hasn't reported to his p.o in like 2-3 yrs.. so that's one warrant and another in for not reporting into his p.o in another county.. so that's another for revocation hearing and I may repeat again... what's the least and what's the can happen.. basically he's on the run..

He got arrest about a week ago and got released the next day.. but see here's the key he has 3 active warrants, I don't think he gave them his real name... or else he won't be out right now..

    Please explain to me

I'm guessing he's facing some pretty heavy penalties in jailtime, but there's no way to tell how long as they may give him plea bargains, drop some charges, pursue some charges, add more time for his continued criminal activities, and so on and so forth, with so many charges against him it's much harder to determine minimum and maximum sentences.

I suggest he turn himself in though because the more trouble he gets in, the more he lies to the police, and the longer he stays on the run, the worse it's going to be for him when he does get caught, which he eventually will.

    Hello t:

There's no way to say what the minimum or the maximum penalty would be. I'll bet he's looking at a year or so in the slam. Could be more - could be less.
