    wiring thermostat and 2 baseboard heaters
    Hey guys can you double check my plan for wiring my two new baseboard heaters

    12/2 Romex(blk/white/bare ground)
    20 amp Square D QO 240v breaker
    Honeywell TL8230 Line Pro 800 double pole 240v 3600w 15 amp load
    2x Qmark HBB-1504 heaters 240v 6.25amps 1500w


    1. Main off
    2. install breaker
    3. run single run of romex to t-stat
    4. bare ground attached to junction box for t-stat
    5. blk/white hot leads to 2x line in on T-stat
    6. 12-2 run of romex to heater#1 wired to 2x load side of t-stat ground wire connected to t-stat junction box
    7. at Heater#1 blk/white hots wired to heater #1 ground to heater chasiss
    8. single 12-2 run of romex wire from heater #1 to heater #2 will be wired in parallel.

    I don't quite understand that. You want the black and white each connected to one terminal the heater element, and the bare ground connected the green screw in the housing. If the screws aren't meant for 2 wires, you want to wire nut the 2 blacks to a third short length connected to the screw. White and bare the same.

    Other than that, it is just how I would wire it.
