I have two freeloading brothers that continue to invade my home without consent ,off and on for about nine years. My mother who is now in a nursing home allowed them to comeback constantly, I thought once she was not here to allow them to come in it would be easier to get rid of them once and for all, but one of them has her key and goes and come as he pleases while I'm at work, the other is living in my crawl space basement and will not leave.I will need to have the entire basement door replaced. I know one solution is to have the locks change but they are so low down they will find a way to get in. I have rant and raved and threaten and even put there things out of my house but they keep coming back. My home is a wreck and I find things missing. My question is will I need to get eviction notices for them ? And if so how do I obtain the eviction notice. Their ages are 49 and 51 years of age both are veterans and refuse to be productive people. So I feel that if they continue to be enabled they will never find their place. I need rest and a peace of mind. Please give me a solution.
