    Blood Clots during my period
    I have been on my period for a little over a week and I am having a lot of clots. Last month I experienced the same thing. What could be wrong and should I go to the emergency room?

    If you are having quite big ones it just means that you have quite a lot of blood at that time. You should make sure you don't get anaemic by eating plenty of iron-rich foods or taking iron supplements.

    Clots don't mean there is anything wrong with you.
