    How to proceed when a contract is broken?
    I had a contract with a construction contractor, in which I (subcontractor/plumber) was required to supervise and develop the plumbing system for a house. I on my part have completely fulfilled the terms of this contract, but the contractor has failed to pay me. Now the contract had expired. What steps should I take to ensure that I am rightfully paid for my services?

    Sue him, get a judgement and place a lien on the property
