    Break lease due to illegal activities
    My son who is in college had to break his lease and leave the rental property due to the illegal use of drugs and other activities being conducted by the landlord and one other tenant. How do we handle the breech of agreement legally? What recourse do we have?

    What proof does he have? Is the landlord going after him for the balance of the lease?

    Call the police when he sees it going on without a police report backing up his claim it's heresay and doesn't give you the legal authority to break the lease.
