    Theft under5000$
I am 15 years old I live in halifax nova scotia canada and me and a friend descided to steal a bottle of liquor from the nslc we did this in August it is now November, the bottle came to I beleave 60$. I was not the one who walked out of the store with it, but I was with him when he did it. I have also done things similar to this before but never caught.
I was wondering what I should do and what will happen to me.

Also I have just completed the youth justice program will they look at this or will it matter.

Also I have been feeling like I am depressed for a wile should I use that in court or will it help my case at all.

Do you have a lawyer? A lawyer will be able to tell you exactly what you should do, but I'm guessing it's not stealing anything else, especially liquor.

All I can really tell you what you need to do is show up at all your court hearings or anything they request you to go to, you can't really do much else apart from discussing your legal plea options with a lawyer.

And I don't think that a little depression will help you out much in court for stealing liquor, unless it's severe and clinical and has been diagnosed by a doctor.
