:rolleyes: We are going for a SHORT SALE (means money we can sell house for is less then mortgage amount we owe), because of recent house market situation. Will it affect badly our credit history? If yes, can we change a deed (or just mortgage?) for only one person's name,
That at least one of us keeps a good credit history. How we can do it?
