    My son has acne bad we have tried everything.help

    Acne is from poor diet. Cut out junk food.
    Give him Vitamin A, B6, C, E
    Zinc 10mg and copper 700mcg
    Collidial silver
    And flaxseed oil
    Make sure to not take to take too much zinc, copper or collidal silver
    I would probably discontinue them once the acne is cleared up.

    Don't ever try curing acne with all those cosmetic products that are sold. They will harm his skin even more and have no use.. Just like NOhelp4u has said: put him on a rich, healthy diet and cut off junk food.. Those medicines would work but I would like to make an addition: since this question you have ask is not that easy to answer and for professional help read the book The Pimple Cure by Doctor Nicholas Perricone.. believe me or not whatever he has written in that book works fast on pimples and it's a healthy cure.. Please read it.. hope I could help:)
