    Toddler Taking OTC Med
Colton (2.5yo) has had congestion and cough for a week now. I called the nurse figuring it has had time to run, might need to see the doc. However, the nurse said since I had not given any meds to give him Tussin DM. He won't take the nasty stuff (can't say I blame him... I can't swallow it w/o a flinch).
Question: Can I mix it in with his juice or milk and it still work? Would that just dilute the medication? Any suggestions please.

Note: Would really like to hear from J-9... really value your opinion on here :)
    Thanks!
