OK so I'm 14 and me and this guy are in love but he's 20 he's afraid of what his friends would think if he dated me cause of the age difference what should I say to him to get him to understand that if his friends don't support his relationship then there not hid friends

You need to forget a 20 year old and date people close to your own age.

Any 20 year old that would even want to date a 14 year old has serious issues of their own, and most likely closer to a child molester than a boy friend.

What does your mom and dad think about you two dating? He is afraid to tell his friends because he knows it is wrong. Young lady you are getting involved in something that you are way to young for.
What happens when he gets tired of playing high school games and wants to play adult games? Because that is what he is an adult and you are a child!

I don't think he's afraid of what his friends would think but of what the police will think. But even if he is concerned about what his friends think, what does that tell you about his feelings for you?

But if his friends are objecting then they are more his friend then you are. They understand how adversely something like this can affect his future and really do care about enough about him to want to protect him.

I would also say at 14 you do not know what true love is and that your considered jailbate. I would say that there is a reason why is friends do not support it, nor do I think any of your family support it. When you turn 18 then you can make your own decisions but as of right now. School should be your only concern. Do not get involved in this 20 year old, if you do your going to ruin your life.
