    Weil-mclean oil boiler overflow
    My boiler filled up with water.
    The pressure release valve was dry but water came into the fire pit and out through the motor. What happened?

    Sounds like you have a crack in your boiler section. Usually this meand expensive trouble. Get a pro to see if they can rescue your boiler before you cause further damage. I would tell you to drain the expansion tank but with the boiler leaking internally that will not help.
