New to PA questions about car insurance
I just moved to PA and they have full tork and limited tork. My understanding is full tort allows me to sue for pain and suffering. I would like to go for full tort but my insurance company that I've been with for 10 years in another state is kind of screwing me on insurance rates. How much coverage do I really need? I owe nothing (no house, my car the bank owns). Since I own nothing how much could someone really sue me for over the insurance? The other thing is my car is a pleasure car. I do not drive my car to work. I know nothing about PA and could use some advice. Thanks.

Don't know if this chart will help. If your car is over 10 yrs old insurance companies usually say it is better to get limited tort.
