    GM 4T65E tranny
    Hello there,

I have a 97 buick park avenue no super charger, and I need to replace the tranny.
I checked that this car has this type of tranny and is used in chevy, oldsmobile and pontiacs.
My question is can I use any 4T65E that came out from any car that utelized this tranny?

    Thanks

It would be best to stay within the same year and body style.
Otherwise the trans should be interchangeable.
Inspect any used unit thoroughly before buying.
Check for damage at the mounting points and also the pan for damage or signs of recent removal. Ask about any warranty.
