Dryer not Drying all the way

 I have a GE dryer that doesn't seem to dry all the way. I've cracked it open and cleaned out all the dust buildup from the vents (there was quite a bit) and the blower moter and blades. Should be clean as a whistle now. The heating element was clean and shows no cracks and looks to heat up OK...

 Some grout was coming loose in my shower stall, especially around the drain. One tile, when I pressed down, I could see bubbles when there was a bit of water pooling around the tile. I assumed a loose tile or cement was dissolving underneath I removed the grout and tried to pry the tile off,...

 I have a Frigidaire GLET1041As1 Laundry center (stackable) , It will not dry in one cycle, I have plenty of air coming out the dryer vent, I have replaced the Heater assy. And theromstat. I held the door open and watched it work. What I am finding is the element heats up and cuts off like normal...
