    Honestly you have to be comfortable with yourself and also your partner. Saying that, some need more foreplay than others. I would suggest maybe a "toy" of somekind, I recommend one called the Rabbit.

    If your on any type of anti-depressiants or medications, it can effect your sexual drive and make it harder to have a orgasm.
