    What is the difference between f.o.b shipping point and f.o.b destination? I'm not understanding this concept.

    Ownership/Cost transfer responsibility. One is at your shipping port (example in Montreal, Canada)…the other is at THEIR shipping point (example in Rotterdam, Netherlands)
