    My water is shut off
I don't know if I have a law suit or a case but I pay my landlord my rent which includes my water in it and the water is in his name and I have a four year old that has epilepsy and a 7 month old that drinks bottles and because he did not pay the bill they turned off my water what should I do oh and I told my landlord he said he would figure it out but that was four days ago and now my daughter can not take her pills for her epilepsy unless I have the money to buy water at the store or somewhere and yesterday my daughter got something on here and it was irratating her skin and it would not have irratated it so much had I had had the right materials to clean her up with.

I would certainly notify whichever agency enforces the housing codes in your City; my next call would be to an Attorney. And, yes, you DO have a case and you DO have damages.
