    My Aunt wants to sign her daughter over to me. What needs to be done?
    My Aunt wants to give me her daughter and give my mother her son. We don't know what we have to do to make this legal. She wants to sign off her parental rights and give her kids away. What do we have to do? What is the procedure for this? :confused: We have no idea where to start but she wants to give them to us and sign off as soon as possible.

    You need to go to a local Family Court and file legal giardianship or adoption papers. I would strongly suggest consulting with a family attorney.
