Pheasant show
In the early to mid 1970's I watched a TV show about a pheasant who escaped a hunter while being pursued with a shotgun in a cornfield. The pheasant appeared to be the character in the show. Displaying his braveness by even challenging a domestic rooster to a battle at a nearby chicken coop. This was definitely a family show. I've tried looking for bird characters in movies such as walt disney archieves etc; to no avail. The show seemed to had been shot in the early to late 1960's and was played by live (real) characters which made it unique. I believe this show would be admired by nature lovers and outdoorsmen.

Okay. There was this girl who could stop time with her two pointer fingers. And Bull from Night Court was on it a few times. This girl was a teenager and her father was from another planet. I cannot figure out the name of it! PLEASE HELP! It was on late 80's early 90's.
