This guy friend I have- he got out of a serious relationship 3 months ago. Right after they broke up, he started being flirtacious with me. My best friends caught him staring at me while I was wearing a skirt and I caught him staring at me from across the room. For awhile, he stood near me all the time at practice and constantly tapped me and such, and didn't hesitate to touch me when I stole his things playfully. He did say things teasingly like "stop hitting on me!" and he said "i love you" once. He did show some concern for me not just flirting, he noticed when I was sad and asked how I was a lot.
My friend who is close with him swore he must have liked me but his BFF was like nah he's just free now and flirting. After that, I pursued someone else and I didn't see him much- he backed off. But now I realize he is a great guy so Ive been trying to flirt w him but Im shy. And I'm afraid whatever crush he might have had is gone now.
He still always tells me I look nice all the time, but when I commented on that to him he just said "you're a nice dresser" A couple nights ago, at a Halloween concert I was flirting with him cause I was a papergirl and I chucked newspapers at him. I stood next to him during the concert and he def touched me a lot (kept knocking off my hat, dancing close to me, one time he grabbed both my hands to salsa, which scared the crap out of me, but I don't know if that means anything) He teases me a lot and whenever I touch him he touches me back. My best friend who is around him a lot says he is friendly/outgoing but she says he's not as touchy feely with her and other girls he likes to make fun of, but I don't want to base it off one person. I leave him random messages on his board (Ive even called him cute on it) and I flirt a lot but I don't know if he knows I like him and I don't know if he's just flirting or wants to date me. Im too afraid to ask- we aren't close friends but I don't want to ruin what friendship we do have.

It sounds like he likes you, but one thing that you can try I say something like "someone told me tat u hav a crush on me" and see what he says. I'm not sure if tat helps but I tried tat once and it worked.

Eventually he'll ask u out or something, just give him more time. He's probably waiting to get a job/car/Ph.D/etc. (depending on how old u dudes are)
