Weight loss distribution with upright bike?
If I use a stationary upright bike to lose weight, will I loose weight all throughout my body (my stomach, in particular) or just my legs?

Your stomach as well as your legs will tone and become trim. (Been there, done that.)

Of course, spend at least 20 minutes twice a day, maybe morning and evening, riding the bike at a good, steady pace.
