    The property I am renting is alreay foreclosed on by the bank. Should I just move before the marshals come?

    That would be a good idea. The Foreclosure voided your lease, so eventually you will be evicted.

    I am not a lawyer and have my own problems with my current landlord but if your at all able to move please do so, once the marshals come in it won't matter if you have no place to go. I wish you all the best on a new home
