    Best friends. But he knows I like him what do I do if I want to go out with him.

    If he knows you like him and he liked you too, he'd ask you out. You're only 13, though, you shouldn't be dating.

    Listen, when you are 13, you are not going to start dating the person you'll end up with. Wait until you are older and just stay friends, when you are older it will be easier and have a better chance of working out.
