    Bathroom faucet water hoses
    Hi All,

I'm trying to install a new bathroom vessel faucet that came with 1/2 inch female hose connections to my angle stops which have the standard 3/8 connections. Lowe's & Home Depot didn't know what to do with it. I tried a converter fitting from a local plumbing shop but the connections leak and do not fit well. Has anyone else ran into this? Any recommendations?

    Thanks,
    Mike

You have 1/2 X 3/8ths. Angle stops? The averager angle stop's 1/2 X 1/4". Or are you giving me a ID measure on the 1/2 and a OD measure on the 3/8ths? if you're referring to the supplies why not simply purchase supplies inh the correct size. if not please explain exactly where the 1/2" female connection is. On the valve biody? The supplies? Regards, tom

My angle stop is a 1/2 Inlet X 3/8 outlet OD. The flexible water hose coming from my faucet to the angle stop has a 1/2 inch female connection. The hose connection to the faucet itself looks proprietary and I've had no luck finding a replacement (Lowes & HD). What's interesting to me is a large amount of vessel bathroom faucets on Ebay have these size hose connections however I've not been able to find a fix yet or workaround.
