    I need a girdle!
    I just had a babay and was told if I use a girdle right away it'll help my stomach[CENTER]
    Go down more quick is that true?

    I don't really think so. I think a girdle will help support your breasts and all but you won't be able to breastfeed easily if you're doing so, and they are known to be uncomfortable and I don't see how they would help your stomach go down faster.

    Breastfeeding is known to help women lose baby weight faster, but not a girdle, I don't think.

    A girdle will NOT help you get back to your regular size. Yes, it will flatten your stomach but it's artificial. Once you take the girdle off, your stomach will poof out again. What you may have to do is tighten your abs either with aerobics or exercise like sit-ups once you've healed and the doc says OK. If this was your first baby, probably just living life and taking care of him/her (plus walks with the stroller in your neighborhood, at the mall, etc.) will get your stomach muscles back in shape.
