    Not sure where to post this.
    Does any one know how or where I can turn old vhs[ home movies] into dvd?

    Check with your local television stations or public access station. I know here the public access station does those transfers for $19.95. Also check recording studios in your area, perhaps if you have a college there with audio visual. Post an ad in your newspaper or make up flyers and post them in logical places.

    I have a DVD player/VCR that does it. If you have a lot of movies to transfer this would be a good investment.

    Maybe a local camers shop, I know walmart turns video into dvd's, maybe they do vhs also
