    Knock in Heating Cycle
    Ea heating cycle, I hear a(one) loud knock in/from the furnace. Can you tell me what this might be and the solution?

    Sounds like metal expansion from heating up. These are very hard to find. You might try listening closely to see where it is coming from then bend the metal in that area a bit to prevent booming or popping..
