    What form is needed to add wife's name to deed in NY State?
    We would like to add my wife's name to the deed of our house. We live in New York State. The house has no mortgage on it. We have a copy of the original deed as well as a copy of the last tax bill. What form do we need?

    You need a deed. Go back to the home page and click on the Real Estate Law forum. At the top is a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed.
