    Motorcylce wiring
I am turning a junk 1980 Yamaha XS650 into a bobber. I am wanting minimal wiring, only what is required to run. It has a kick start so I would like to remove the electric starter. The entire wiring harness is removed (and labeled). This is my first motorcycle project so please be patient with me and my questions. Could someone PLEASE give me some sort of wiring diagram that would show the minimal wiring needed to at least test start my bike?

Wiring AC [ 1 Answers ]

I am wondering about the 240 connection to my AC unit. It was originally wired using 12/3 wire with the copper ground snipped off. It was suggested I should rewire it with 12/2 wire but I have a question. Where do I connect the bare copper ground in the pannel. To the ground bar or to the...

I need to install a Marley baseboard heater and double line break thermostat. The wiring diagram that came with the thermostat make no sense to me. It references line 1 and line 2. The wiring in the heater itself doesn't make sense to me either. Nothing indicates what is positive or negative. Do...

Wiring [ 1 Answers ]

Sorry, I was tired when I posted the last thread. I meant to say a light was being feed by a 12 gauge wire from a 14 gauge line with a 15 amp breaker. Is this OK?
