    How do I find out the exact date and time of when my programs were used?

    A quick way of telling, which may not give the exact time, would be to go into your Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs (if you're on Windows XP) and highlight the program you want to know about. You don't have to uninstall it, exactly, but usually when you highlight it, it will tell you how often the program is used "rarely", "frequently", and so on and may give you the date of when it was last used. Or, if you right-click on your "My Computer" icon and choose manage, you can look through the Event Logs under Application and scroll through the messages there to see when the program was accessed.

    If you know the .exe of the program you can check its Date Accessed attribute. You'll most likely need to enable that field: In Windows Explorer select the Details view, then right-click on any header labels and click on More...

    Go to where you same the program
    Right click
    Go to Properties
    It will tell you the time you created it, and when it has been modified
