    Worms. Yuck!
My one year old Lab, Annie has had frequent diarrhea, and the shelter the I got her from told us they had de-wormed her, my vet told me to just give her 1/2 a tablet of immodium and it should stop quickly. 2 weeks later and he is still having diarrhea not as bad, but yesterday I noticed that in her stool there was a ton of white worms crawling around. Super extra gross especially since she has been sleeping on my bed with my sometimes at night. Our vet was closed on Saturday so we called a different one and they said a couple of things :1) people can't get them unles they eat the dog crap, 2) There is over-the-counter meds that will work, 3) the won't just crawl out of her butt and get on stuff...

SO... I went to petco and bought de-worming stuff, and gave it to her yesterday. In her poo today there was still a bunch of white worms, I figured that she was just releasing the dead ones, then on her walk today I saw 2-3 crawl out of her butt! YUCK!! How long is it supposed to take for the worming stuff to work? Should they be crawing out of her butt??

No, they shouldn't be crawling out of her butt. I'd get to the vet as soon as you can. I'm surprised the 2nd vet you called advised the over the counter stuff. Vets usually will prescribe strongid dewormer that is administered every two weeks for 2-3 doses depending on the severity. And it sounds like your baby has got some issues. Again, I'd get her to the vet, let them know what you've already given her, and be sure they do a fecal exam. That will allow them to determine the severity and what kind of worms they are (hookworm, roundworm, tapeworm)
