My child's father has not provide any financial support or seen her in 3 months. What are the requirements in Texas to terminate his parental rights? His parents hasn't seen her but once since her birth, neither calls to check on her and provides no financial assistance how can I terminate her grandparents rights in Texas?

Honestly, I'm not sure that you can terminate the father or the grandparents right for non-support. Most states off some sort of guidelines on collecting child support but you can't just terminate a parents right for non-support after only 3 months. Most states will try to enforce the support because they don't want the child on state assistance.

Grandparents rights are something completely different. Grandparents aren't required to support a child to see a child. Why do they not see the child? Do they have a good reason?

You will have to consult an attorney and check out the law and requirements in Texas.

In Ohio, it is a minimum of 6 months with no contact and no support before you can file abandonment and petition to have parental rights terminated. Even then, you would need someone willing to adopt the child in the fathers place.

I really disagree on grandparents having visitation or rights as if they were a biological parent! I understand if the grandparents have a good relationship with the parent of the child but if the grandparents are interferring with the parent child relationship then that would be different. You cannot force people to visit or call your kids, however let the state enforce the child support&let them handle their job.if you terminate fathers rights just because you are mad at him, that is just being very selfish and you wouldn't receive any support then either!
