There are 3 primary fertility signs of just about all ovulatiing women. These are waking temperature, cervical fluid, and cervical position.

You waking body temperature will only be noticed if you are charting it. In short, your body has a normal range temp until you ovulate, typically from about 97.0 to 97.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Once you ovulate you waking temp rises to about 97.6 to 98.6 degrees, and will stay elevated until your next period (about 12-16 days later) then drop... or if you are pregnant you temp will remain high throughout your pregnancy.

Cervical fluid changes during your most fertile time. Only during this time is this kind of fluid produced, to nourish the sperm and help with their mobility. It only last for a few days. Your most fertile cervical fluid will be like raw eggwhites. It is very slippery and very stretchy. It most clear and can be watery.

Your cervical position will change too, during ovulation. But again, you will have to check it's position throughout your cycle to be able to notice the change. Normally a women's cervix is firm, low, closed, and not wet. During ovulation the cervix becomes soft, high, open, and wet.

These are just the 3 primary signs. There are many secondary signs, but those are sometimes unreiable because they don't happen in every woman or every every cycle for the same woman.
