    Mid-Night Vomiting
I have had two instances where I was fine during the day, went to bed, then suddenly found myself vomiting. I woke up suddenly nauseated, vomited, dry heaved a little, and then was fine. There was about a week in-between the two episodes.

I am under the same amount of stress I normally am, no new medicines, no lifestyle changes and it has been 30 days since the on-set of my last menstrual cycle but I use condoms. I thought it was just bad food the first time but this happening twice makes me wonder what is going on.

It could be stress but I am not a "puker." Prior to this, I have not vomited in over two years. Has anyone else been through this? What could it be? Should I be concerned or just wait and see if it stops?

Can you remember what you ate those nights and about what time? This could possibly be the onset of GERD, or acid reflux.

Last night, I had KFC around 6 pm but I can't recall what I ate the time before that.
