    Limited power of attorney
    Can a wife sign her husbands name to a legal document without his permission? If not, can she take the matter to court and get a judges permission to sign it if it is an important matter like signing over property that he agreed to sell but now refuses to transfer.

    The very premise of this question scares me!
    If the judge allowed that, first the court would have to hear from the husband. He would voice his concern or dispute, and the judge would turn and look at you...
