    Taking name off a mortgage
    I hae split from my ex and wish to take my name off the mortgage. Anyone able to tell me how I can go about this??

    Your ex has to refinance the mortgage in order to have your name removed. If you are going to give your ex a deed for your share of the property then do not provide the deed until the mortgage is refinanced and your name is removed.
