    Compaq Presario
    While typing sometimes the letters will move to another location during writing,Example(faster or slower doesn't make a difference),hit space bar and the curser goes to a space 5 words back.(not just the space bar,just an example)

    This happens here in ASK ME,as well as in WORD.

    Didn't have this problem(that I knew of) till I got the system wiped for a trojan a few months ago.

    Does this mean my system might have an embedded problem still?

    Any advice will be helpful.

    Is it possible that your palms are brushing against the touchpad while typing?

    Nope,I am in a relaxed position, wrists are the pivot point,no palm contact, thanks though.
