    Judgements in Texas
    My Question:

I have received 3 letters saying three different judgements for unpaid credit card debt , has been placed .

I would like to know what can they do to me ? I own my home with a little equity in it ? But been told I live in Texas they can't touch that . (`Was I told wrong? ) I don't own anything thing else of value,
But would like to know can they take money out of my bank account ? I live paycheck to paycheck , so there wouldn't be much...

Would I be considered as judgement proof?
    Please help me ,

    Thank you , Sandy

    Hello sandy:

No, they can't touch your house. Yes, they can raid your bank accounts. You're not judgmentproof.
